For 3 meals:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 50 g green beans
  • 1 potato


Wash and peel the zucchini and potato and cut into small cubes.

Wash green beans and cut into small pieces.

Cook the vegetables in the boiling water for about 15 minutes, until they are well cooked.

Drain the vegetables (keep the cooking water) and mix them until you get a smooth puree. To obtain a velvety more or less thick, gradually add a little vegetable juices.
