For 4 people :
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 25 g fresh goat cheese
- 4 mint leaves
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Some mint leaves for decoration
Peel the cucumber and remove the ends. Cut it into large pieces and put them in the bowl of a mixer or blender type robot.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Salt, pepper, taste and then adjust the seasoning.
Keep fresh until ready to serve. Serve in small glasses and add a little mint.
