Apple pie (Harvest)


A recipe for my daughter

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of flour
  • 75 gr of sweet butter
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gr of sugar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 6 different apples
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Separate the dough into two balls and let them rest for 30 minutes in the fridge then lower them in two circles. Place the first circle of dough in a pie plate and prick it. Pour the marinated apples and cover with the other circle of dough. Weld the two circles all around and make a small chimney on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. For my little boy, I make a pastry cream with 150 ml of apple juice because he does not like the pieces of fruit.
