Ham and leek pie


Protein and folate ... a salty pie recipe ideal for all the family but also the future mothers. Based on light cream and served with melon or salad, it will make a balanced meal.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 2 leeks
  • 50 g of pine nuts
  • 5 slices of ham (sous-vide)
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of light cream
  • 1 teaspoon of curry (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lightly oil the pie pan and line it with the dough.
Wash the leeks and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a little olive oil for 10 minutes. Cut the ham into thin strips.
In a bowl, beat the eggs in omelette, add the light cream. Salt, pepper and add a little curry if you like. Add leeks and pine nuts. Mix well.
Pour this mixture over the puff pastry. Spread the slices of ham harmoniously. Bake 35 minutes. Serve with slices of melon or a green salad.
