Nothing is more comforting than mushroom soup! With this express recipe, all you need is boxed mushrooms, an onion and a bouillon cube!
- 1 small box of mushrooms (200g)
- 1 small onion
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 C. olive oil
Fry the chopped onion in an olive oil. Add the mushrooms, then cover with water. Add the bouillon cube.
Cook for about ten minutes, then put everything in the blender, adding water if necessary.
Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with dry-roasted sunflower seeds ... or parmesan or croutons.
