Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • An iceberg salad
  • 1 lawyer
  • 600 g of chicken breasts
  • 10 g of butter
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 100 g of white grapes
  • 1 pinch of curry
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash and squeeze the salad. Arrange the leaves on 4 plates. Cut the meat into strips. Wash and dry the strawberries, cut them in half.
Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing the oils, vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Peel avocado, cut into strips. Cut the grapes in half. Add the avocado, strawberries and grapes to the vinaigrette, mix.
Heat the butter in a pan and brown the meat. Add curry and thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer 4 - 5 minutes. Arrange the meat on the salad, top with vinaigrette and serve quickly.
