For 4 people :
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- some diced feta in oil
- 1 new white onion
- black olives
- olive oil
Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.
Peel the tomato and cut it into cubes.
Place them in a salad bowl and season with a dash of olive oil, salt, pepper.
Slice the onion into thin slices and add it.
Sprinkle your salad with diced feta and black olives.
