Rice with ginger


Ginger, like fennel or mint, helps fight against nausea of ​​early pregnancy. Rice will bring you B vitamins, calcium and many minerals.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 400 g of basmati rice
  • 1 piece of ginger (about 1 cm)
  • 1/2 lime in a hurry
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • ginger powder

Preparation:

Cook the rice by absorption according to package directions with the piece of ginger and lime juice.
Remove the ginger.
Spread the rice in small bowls and sprinkle with a mixture of grated lemon rind and powdered ginger.
