An ideal dish for vegetarian future moms. Broken peas, like all legumes, are rich in protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates. The carrot, it also brings fiber and minerals.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 3 carrots
  • 400 g broken peas
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Peel the carrots, wash them, wipe them and slice them. Place the carrots, split peas and chicken bouillon cube and cover with water. Boil the water. When the water boils, cover and cook for 1 hour. From time to time, check the cooking and, if necessary, add a little water. When the mixture is cooked, go to the blender, salt, pepper and serve.
