Cod-zucchini puree (Steffy and Elyna)


Ingredients:

  • 20 g of cod
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g of zucchini
  • 1 small knob of butter

Preparation:

Peel and wash the vegetables. Steam vegetables 30 min. Meanwhile, prepare the cod pieces. About 7 minutes before the end of cooking vegetables, add the fish. Mix the vegetables by adding the butter and the fish.
